Utterly disappointing experience with this company. They misrepresent their products. I ordered a watch that was supposed to be a well-known brand, but received a different one. The first delivery never arrived, and the tracking service indicated it was delivered to a reception area. I requested a second delivery, which was supposedly rejected and sent elsewhere. After multiple inquiries, I still have no item and no refund. I strongly advise against engaging with these scammers!
