My experience with this service has been utterly frustrating. They misrepresent their products. I ordered a watch that was supposed to be a specific brand, but instead received a different one. Initially, I never got the order. The tracking service indicated it was delivered to a location I don't recognize. I requested a second delivery, but it was allegedly rejected and sent to a different state. After multiple inquiries, I still haven't received my item or a refund. Avoid this service at all costs! They simply take your money.

I’ll give a 5-star rating, although the bag arrived damaged without a handle. However, the delivery was very prompt. The bag's quality is beautiful, and I love the color. I contacted the support team, and they responded quickly, arranging a free replacement immediately, so I definitely rate them highly for service.
I am very disappointed with this company. My daughter ordered a bag online, and the strap detached due to poor stitching. I have emailed them three times but have received no response. I cannot recommend their products if they fail to address faults.
Awful customer service experience! I bought a bag from their outlet that arrived quickly but was marked with white stains. I took pictures and emailed the company but received no acknowledgment. I tried calling with no success and could not find their supposed Live Chat option. I began the return process, but I couldn't print the return label, and there’s no option for pickup. Many customers have reported not receiving refunds despite returning items, so I may need to take action through my bank.
