Had a older fireplace with a defective gas valve .could not find a interchange one on my own. Emailed my fireplace model # ,and had a answer and parts ordered in a hour. Probably spent 5 hours trying to figure it out on my own ,paying shipping is a small price to pay for there expertise. Very happy the way it turned out a little modication of the two brackets new and old to keep gas valve in same spot as old on everything else worked out as expected, replaced gas valve and the millvolt assembly at the same time .
