Requested a part for my fireplace. Part has been on backorder for weeks. No communication back to me. Will not answer phone - only texts. When I inquire about the backorder via text/email I am told to put my name on a waiting list on line to be notified. I ordered the same part from another company in US - a company I was able to speak with a customer service rep who took the time to find the part.
