I had wireless smoke and carbon monoxide alarms installed 5 years ago by my electrician. Out of the blue they started beeping and wouldn't stop. Nobody could sleep and the dog was going mad. Contacted customer service immediately and they took 2 weeks to get back, at which point they only advised to follow the troubleshooting steps I had told them I had already tried. I advised of same and they took another 2 weeks to reply. By this stage I had had to dispose of the units and replace them because of the disruption and safety. I advised then of this and said because of it they would not be able to provide support. I had got these so I wouldn't have to worry about replacing batteries in the standard ones. The worst decision and waste of money ever.
