This customer was forced to go to great lengths to be refunded for irrefutable errors committed on our trip by Firebird Tours. After 6 weeks, and only after posting my review publicly did Firebird address and refund us, but only upon condition that I remove my negative review. The bottom line is that their high customer ratings are inconsistent with the service they provided to us.I post this to advise others to take Firebird Tours' review summaries with a grain of salt. Firebird's actions are inconsistent with Trustpilot's statement: "Companies on Trustpilot aren't allowed to offer incentives or pay to hide reviews."
