What do you like best about Firefish? The sales representative was friendly, and the LinkedIn integration worked well for contacts and candidates. Basic recruitment processes are acceptable, but the system feels outdated compared to modern CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot. What do you dislike about Firefish?Firefish feels outdated and cumbersome, especially compared to modern CRM tools. Standard processes are slow, with no map integration for address input and limited customization options. The search functionality is inadequate and frustrating to use. Many other functions are also outdated, and the overall process is just too slow. Loading delays further hinder productivity. Unfortunately, they don't allow any testing until after you've signed a 12-month contract, which felt particularly unfair as we quickly realized it wasn’t the right fit but were already locked in with no early termination option. What problems is Firefish solving, and how is that benefiting you?We hoped Firefish would handle both contract and permanent recruitment but found it outdated and stiff, with limited customization. It's not solving our problems and isn’t enjoyable to use.ConclusionOverall, avoid Firefish at all costs! You have no chance to test it thoroughly before committing to a long-term contract. We are bound to a 12-month contract and couldn't fully test the system beforehand. We asked for a early termination due to special reasons to end the contract, but the said no and were only interested in the money. As a young startup, it feels especially mean and unfair that our request for special termination was denied—they just want the money.
