I rate FireFiles 4 out of 5. I use it both at work and at university, mainly for recording meetings, creating transcriptions, and organizing notes, and in this area it performs its tasks very well. The quality of the transcriptions and the stability of the recordings genuinely improve working with audio materials. However, a drawback is the relatively high price and a somewhat chaotic, unintuitive user panel, which can be discouraging during intensive use. It is also worth noting that the competition is developing rapidly — ChatGPT is starting to offer or announce recording and automatic transcription features, while providing a clearer interface and broader content-handling capabilities. Despite these reservations, FireFiles remains a solid tool, but it needs UX refinement and a better justification of its pricing.

The service is fulfilling all its promises. I can easily access my call recordings and transcriptions. The summaries are quite detailed, and everything functions smoothly.

Charge after account deletion

I was billed $29 even after deleting my account and reaching out to the support team twice to stop payment attempts. Despite deleting my account, I was still charged six days later without access to the service. Update: After two hours, I received a refund, but they told me it was my fault for not canceling in time, although they chose to make an exception this time. I didn't realize that deleting my account meant I still intended to use the service.

A frustrating experience

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had! I received a link to access a recording of a meeting I attended, but to get it, I had to: 1. Create an account 2. Sync my calendar! I used a secondary account, and the process nearly forced me to provide credit card details! After all that, I still couldn't download the meeting.
