I bought The Trio+ bundle and the product is great! One package got lost while delivering to my country and Kylene managed to resolved the issue, sent the package to arrive to hotel in The Netherlands where I would actually need Hears for the festival.
They are perfect for loud places like festivals, I’d recommend this product

Although the delivery took longer than I expected and on opening the box I thought that one of the additional covers was missing, I contacted customer service and the reply was prompt and my initial problem was solved.

I ordered the limited edition Pacha. I love these they are super cute. I had an upcoming event where I new there would be some heavy base sounds, and I must say that usually I would be feeling pretty uncomfortable, but these Hears solved the problem and I would definitely recommend them.

The product felt very cheap and did not isolate me from noise at all.

I returned it, but the refund process has been extremely slow and frustrating. Customer service has been unhelpful, and I was asked to lift a chargeback before any refund was processed. They also said they would deduct the delivery fee despite the long delay.

Overall, a very poor product and an even worse refund experience. I would not recommend this company.

Exceptional Customer Support Experience

I had an excellent experience with the company. I faced an emergency that took me out of town, causing me to miss my delivery. However, when I reached out to the support team, the representative I spoke with was prompt and friendly in their responses. My earplugs are being resent now that I’m back home. It was something they didn’t have to do, but I truly appreciate their effort and the personable approach in each message. I would love to see more of this level of service and less reliance on AI!

I ordered a bundle, and while my confirmation only listed 2 out of the 3 pairs, I reached out to support. A friendly representative informed me that one of the colors was out of stock, which wasn’t a major issue for me, and offered other options. He managed the situation professionally and responded quickly. It’s reassuring to see companies with excellent support teams for resolving issues, regardless of their size.
