Upon arriving at Hertz, which operates for the service, I was told I probably didn't read the fine print and that the terms had changed. I was asked to pay a €3500 deposit when my original agreement was £1300. I didn’t have that credit limit available. The entire experience was incredibly stressful! They insisted on charging €450 for in-house insurance, which I didn’t need since I had third-party coverage. I refused to pay the €250 they demanded. Ultimately, I had to pay €2000 for a car that fell short of my expectations. Very poor service.
