Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider. I had a prepaid reservation and canceled it two weeks prior, qualifying for a full refund. Five weeks have passed since my cancellation, and I still have not received my money. I am now contacting both the provider and my credit card company to resolve this issue. It’s frustrating to have to spend time chasing a refund I am clearly entitled to. This company needs to improve its honesty and responsiveness, as my experience indicates they currently lack both.
