这次搭乘 Firefly 的经历非常令人失望。原本预订的是 从 Subang 飞往 Kota Kinabalu 的航班，但第一次航班变更就被航空公司改成从 KLIA 起飞。在此之后，航班时间又被 反复更改，共 5 次，其中最后 2 次是在起飞前约 12 小时才通知，对乘客极不友善。由于航班时间一再被临近起飞前更动，我被迫 取消了酒店预订，整体行程严重受影响，并造成实际损失。如此频繁且临时的航班变更，显示出航空公司在航班规划与沟通上的严重问题。乘客不应该为航空公司反复更改航班而承担后果。希望 Firefly 能正视此类问题，并对受影响的乘客给予合理的处理与补偿。This was a very disappointing experience with Firefly.My original booking was for a flight from Subang to Kota Kinabalu, but the first schedule change already forced a change of departure airport to KLIA.After that, the flight was rescheduled a total of five times, with the last two changes notified only about 12 hours before departure, which is extremely unreasonable for passengers.Due to these last-minute changes, I had to cancel my hotel booking, resulting in significant inconvenience and financial loss.Such frequent and short-notice schedule changes reflect poor planning and poor communication.Passengers should not be expected to bear the consequences of repeated airline-initiated changes.I sincerely hope Firefly will take responsibility and provide a fair resolution for affected passengers.
