I do not recommend this airline. We checked in online, and when we arrived at the counter we were kindly asked to redo the check-in at a Firefly office because our second and third first names were not included in the registration (which has never been an issue with any other airline).As a result, I was fined 150 RM (with a big smile, of course) for a "check-in error." There was nobody in the office, the two employees were just standing around. But well, I guess they need to milk tourists, cash cows after all.The flight was delayed by 1 hour.By far the worst airline I have flown with so far.Go for Air Asia or Batik Air instead.
