Flight was delayed by more than 4 hours. As a compensation they gave me a 200THB (about $6) voucher. I tried to use it several locations but nobody accepted the voucher from Firefly. Somebody told me that before the gate area there are shops which will take the voucher, but by surprise the voucher was already expired. I complained at the check-in area but they said I could get a new voucher not more. What a stupid offer because once you are in the gate area it's too late and who knows if the voucher would be a valid one. And the amount of the voucher already shows the value of a customer. So stay away from this airline.
