Terrible- typical firefly experience. Delayed the flight timing by 2.5 hours and further delayed on tarmac (30minutes) and in air.
Landed 1245AM for a flight supposed to land 920PM. Thanks alot firefly for wrecking all my plans. No value for money and I am never flying with you again
