I am a 47 year old solo traveller. i have visited 10 countries. but no airline has cheated like this one. I booked it because it is a sister concern of malaysian airline. But i think its a step sister concern or malaysia also makes money through this airline
1. The flight was booked for 6.50 am boarding at Kualalumpur. But it was delayed by 5.30 hours. There was no regret from the airline. I simply lost one whole day because of this airline.
2. The boarding was not simple. and there is no "help" counter for this airline. most unfriendly people in the counter.
3. I was not well so i decided to checkin my hand baggage as well. but they disagreed and charged me extra 100 ringgits. there were hardly 20 passengers in the flight and still they wanted to earn money through extra baggage.
4. The key point i did not lock my bag. my box with watch and lot of artificial jewels was stolen. when i got by bag to the room the box was missing. This has never happened in all my 10 years of flying to 10 countries.
This made my entire journey hard and bad .My dear friends NEVER EVER BOOK THISFLIGHT IN YOUR LIFE. THEY ARE BLOOD SUCKERS AND CHEATERS. I spent 50000 inr to attend the conference i simply missed one day of it because of this worst flight. moreover the heart breaking experience MALAYSIA could ever give an INDIAN through this flight. So please dont think this also will be like malaysian airline as it is its sister concern. This airline functions just to steal from passengers.
