I inadvertently omitted to buy add on for 1 piece of luggage @ 20 kilo rate. I was at the check in counter. The agent said I didn't have time to go to the sales desk to purchase it although we were 2 hrs before take off (domestic flight) but less than 3 before boarding so I was charged 512 ringgits for the bag. Highway robbery!
