I ordered a BBQ over the weekend and the order was canceled today due to a pricing error on their website. Instead of providing an honest explanation, they claimed the item was out of stock, even though it remained listed on their site. I suspect they would have processed the order had I paid the correct price. An honest approach would have been appreciated, so I advise potential customers to think carefully before purchasing from this company.
