Five stars for installation but none for after-sales service. After spending over £3000, our gas stove wouldn't stay lit after 13 months. Despite multiple calls and an email to the company, they failed to respond as promised. When we visited the shop, we were told they were too busy and handed a number for another engineer who couldn't come for at least three weeks. The company showed little interest in helping us. I recommend using their installation services but don't expect much support afterward.
