The support team was fast and helpful both through chat and email.I was initially a bit concerned about paying before the items arrived, but that turned out to be no problem at all. FF shipped the parts that were in stock immediately, and the remaining items followed in supplementary deliveries until the full order was complete.Although the total delivery took a few weeks, that was acceptable for my case. Everything arrived in perfect working condition and without any additional shipping costs.I will definitely shop from this team again if I need more parts for my small-scale lab.
