I had not used this retailer before, but I was very impressed with the experience. The support team was fast and helpful both through chat and email.
I was initially a bit concerned about paying before the items arrived, but that turned out to be no problem at all. FF shipped the parts that were in stock immediately, and the remaining items followed in supplementary deliveries until the full order was complete.
Although the total delivery took a few weeks, that was acceptable for my case. Everything arrived in perfect working condition and without any additional shipping costs.
I will definitely shop from this team again if I need more parts for my small-scale lab.

Con artists! They take payment then wait until after the cancellation period is over. Giving excuses about why it’s delayed. They then send you faulty goods and when you report this, they say it’s your problem for not requesting insurance. They will then ignore your emails. No refund and left with a useless item.
This is not a large company but probably a web front for one person. I suspect you'll find no office at the company address. In a hurry, I made large order online, but despite the website promising fast delivery, in the following days nothing was happening. I called to find out why, and the person who claimed the "finance person" was unavailable yesterday, today gave me an instant refund when I threatened to go to the police. Magic!
We bought a fan from the homepage - and from there no reponse from FirewallForce - Seems like their firewall closed down. No invoices, no emails, no nothing not a sound from them.But they did withdraw 600 danish kroners from our account. tried their info@ and sales@ emails - no response - even writing on their chat - same thing. So how do we get this aparantly fake company to return our money.
All communication stopped after refund request due to multiple delivery delays for an item which was advertised to be in stock and on short notice, possibly a scam. Refund request(s) were first answered with upsell attempts then was promised refund within 3 weeks, nothing received.Attempted to contact via their web chat, 2 email addresses and phone with no answers, have initiated a chargeback through my bank.
