I initially bought premium hardwood. While the website, communication, and delivery speed were impressive, the logs themselves were disappointing, containing a significant amount of small timber that resembled kindling. Many logs lacked weight and substance, and while they burn adequately, we find ourselves using double the quantity compared to our usual supplier, leading to frequent loading of our burners. As someone who appreciates quality logs, I won't be purchasing again due to their poor quality.
