Initially, I purchased the premium hardwood. The website was user-friendly, communication was clear, and delivery was prompt. However, the quality of the logs was disappointing, with many being small and barely more than kindling. Most logs lacked weight and substance; while they do burn well, we find ourselves using twice as many compared to our usual supplier, which means constant reloading of our burners. As someone who appreciates quality logs, I won't be placing another order due to the inferior quality.
