We have given Firewood.co.uk 2 chances, for the first order we paid extra for a morning delivery as we work evenings, when it didn't arrive we phoned and cancelled the order, the company phoned us back and talked us into giving them another chance and promised it would be delivered A.M next day, but it turned up at 4 in the afternoon on the day I cancelled it, so we rejected it, the driver was not happy at all, it did then get re delivered next day in the morning, so we ordered again, and again paid extra for a specific day (our day off) we recrived an email confirming this, by lunch time I phoned again jyst to check and was told it is not on the list to be delivered today! Some issue again. Order cancelled won't be using them again
