If you are, English only DO NOT use this form. After you pay them the initial fees, they will come to you stating you must pay an additional €450 to get the documents in English (they did offer to lower that to €350)At no time during the process does their website indicate there are additional fees for English. Their website, in fact, states that "All notary fees are included." They informed me that English transition is required because of the meeting I needed to have with the Notary. Their website also does not mention that there would be a meeting with the Notary. It actually makes it seem as if everything is signed and done online.When I spoke to a chat agent, I was informed that the cost for setting up the BV in English would be €499. When I asked the person trying to scam me for an additional €350, I was told it was because I indicated I spoke Dutch during the initial paperwork. And because of that, they have to redo the articles of incorporation again in English.I informed them that I have both a Dutch lawyer and business consultant on retainer to handle all aspects of business that must be performed in Dutch and that both of these people have my power of attorney to act on my behalf. Either would be able to attend the meeting with the Notary. Firm 24 never addresses this and ignore this statement from me altogether. My recommendation to anybody looking to set up a BV is to look elsewhere for this service or to call Firm24 as their website is extremely misleading and the company process leaning towards unethical.
