Firm24 promises more than they can deliver. And in the end they are not necessarily a service provider but a sales portal. Best example: after signing up for their bv-founding service you get a dashboard and in that personal dashboard you find what they call "tasks". None of those items actually are tasks however. They are all attempts to get you to add on services that you had previously said no to already. Firm24 then still shares your contact details with their network and that bombards you then with offers you again had said no to already. Their entire website is geared towards luring you in. I have great regrets I trusted them to handle my business

Do not use them. I have a bad experience with them. They try to do it as fast as possible. They ask information about the fiscalist they supplied there self. They are screwing up my whole BV transistion.I should have gone with another company.if you want to transition to a BV, DO NOT USE FIRM24.
I used firm24 to setup a BV. Since I am not dutch, I asked if my a2 level is enough to not pay 300 euro translation fee, they said yes. However, then a person from the notary called me to check my details, tried to speak in Dutch and I could not understand, so he said I have to pay the translation fee and invoiced me. I accepted, knowing that this is the law, then he called me 2 mins later and asked me the questions in English and at the end he sent me a copy of the deed in English and dutch. The next step was the signing of the deed via video call where I was expecting a sworn translator, as by the law. However, in the signing of the deed there was just me and a person from the notary, that spoke in English and it lasted 2 mins. I asked why there was no translator, he said that the 300 euro fee is just to translate the deed from Dutch to English. So basically, if you don't speak Dutch, you will pay 300 euro for a translation of a template document, complete RIP OFF.
