I contacted customer support, but they insisted the issue was due to a bent arm and advised me to fix it myself. Despite sending multiple photos to illustrate the problem, the representative maintained that it was a perceived issue. After a frustrating exchange, I finally received a replacement, just as I was considering a refund. This experience has definitely affected my view of the service, and I feel more hesitant to recommend it now.
