I admit I was a little hesitant getting my prescription lenses from here due to having quite a high prescription (-7) but I'm so happy and glad I went for it, they have got my prescription spot on & the thinning I paid for is perfect. The frames are also such good quality & exactly like the images.
I usually get my glasses from Specsavers but found the prices were really high especially for the thinning and extras.
At first, I was hesitant because I’m in South Africa and thought I might just be taking a chance with my money, but they are absolutely worth it. The delivery was quicker than I expected. They respond to emails promptly (especially Peter). Their spectacles are very affordable, with a wide variety of stylish frames. They also nailed my prescription. I’m very happy with my order and will definitely be ordering again!
I was dubious about ordering online as I have quite a complex prescription but the price point prompted me to chance it. Honestly, could not be happier. Fantastic quality, fantastic price and prompt delivery. Have ordered two more pairs. 10/10
I got my glasses sooner than I anticipated. They match my order perfectly and are of excellent quality. The prescription is spot on, and the lenses are crystal clear. My only issue was that the nose pads were quite firm and uncomfortable, but I easily resolved this by switching to soft silicone gel nose pads. I will surely come back for more.
I made two purchases this month. The first order arrived perfectly, and I was impressed with the quality and style. So, I ordered a different frame. Unfortunately, this one was defective. One arm was shorter, causing discomfort when wearing them. I had to adjust the shorter arm to make them fit properly. I contacted customer support, but they insisted the issue was due to a bent arm and advised me to fix it myself. Despite sending multiple photos to illustrate the problem, the representative maintained that it was a perceived issue. After a frustrating exchange, I finally received a replacement, just as I was considering a refund. This experience has definitely affected my view of the service, and I feel more hesitant to recommend it now.
Took advantage of the bogo deal. Waited almost 2 weeks for frames I was so excited. However, I was disappointed when i finally got what I order. One of my frames had rough edges around the lense that was sharp to the touch. These were green frames so the imperfection was visible. I reached out to customer service they agreed to give me a refund for the 1 frame but charged me the restocking fee so I got a 22 dollar refund but on the bogo deal I paid 30 dollars for the frame. I pointed this out to the customer rep and how unfair that was because I contacted them the same day I got the glasses to report the damage.Not only that, the lense had dried dirt on there which I was able to wipe off. But I'm surprised because these frames are suppose to look new...right?. My dissatification with being charged a processing fee was dismissed. I will never order here again. Lenses are cheap and flimsy. Not worth the "deal".

I also found dried dirt on the lens, which was surprising for new frames. My concerns about the processing fee were dismissed. I won't be ordering again, as the quality feels cheap and not worth the deal.
