I placed an order and completed the payment, thinking everything was fine while waiting for the item I bought for my husband. A week later, I received an email stating my order was canceled with no explanation. I had to reach out for clarification and was told it was a payment issue. A WEEK to notify me of this? They really need to improve. I won't be ordering from them again.
