I placed an order and completed the payment, believing everything was in order while waiting for the item for my husband. A week later, I was informed via email that my order was canceled without any explanation. I had to reach out for clarification and was told it was a payment issue. Seriously? A WEEK to notify me of this? They need to improve their communication. I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered an in-stock item for Christmas, even though it was pricier than with other sellers, just to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, the website was glitchy and didn't calculate prices correctly. I went ahead with the order anyway. As expected, I didn't receive the item nor a proper delivery date. All I got was a link to a malfunctioning app that couldn't provide any updates. I contacted support, but all I received was an automated response. Thanks for this wonderful experience. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand.
I ordered a statue nearly a year ago, initially told it would be released in the third quarter of the year, then pushed to the fourth. Now I'm informed it won't be ready until the first quarter of 2026. They seem overwhelmed, especially since they've announced new pre-orders for another statue this week while failing to complete orders from a year ago. As I now face a wait until March 2026, I'll update this review with every delay. We're currently on the third delay.
I regret not checking reviews before buying a statue from them. I waited six months for my order to ship according to their schedule, but it never did. After more waiting, I was informed there was a system error and the product was out of stock. I can understand this happening with a less expensive item, but this was a costly statue. Purchasing such high-value items from a company that can't guarantee delivery is not wise. I've had better experiences elsewhere.
They were very prompt in addressing any issues I had and assisted me with questions during and after the order process. The figure I ordered won't be released until late next year, but I hope they'll continue to provide the same level of support regarding order status and potential issues.
I encountered a problem with an order, and the company kindly helped me resolve it by canceling the order and issuing a refund, allowing me to place a new order. As a bonus, they let me use a coupon from my previous order on the new one. Many thanks!
