Just wanted to share a recent experience I had with first4figures as I have never had to contact CS before. For context I've got 10+orders from them in the past 8 or so years and this was the first time I had an issue so I reached out to CS who were really helpful once the issue was identified I was given 3 options - replacement of the damaged parts - a partial refund to repair issues it had and finally a full refund. I opted for full refund which I received promptly. Yes it is a bit heart breaking having to destroy the items but policy is policy so I get it. once requested evidence was submitted everything was approved straight away. Just wanted to say thanks again for making the whole process easy to understand and being cool with everything I have had some bad recent CS experiences with other companies and am so glad to say F4F is not one of them.
