If you are looking to incorporate your company in the US, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.We submitted all of our documents through Firstbase only to have them flag an “issue” with our share price, the same price their own system had prefilled when registering. I replied within minutes confirming the fix, yet over a week later there has still been no action or update.Support is practically non-existent. The live chat feels outsourced, offering scripted responses that literally go nowhere. You cannot get anyone genuinely accountable or proactive. One agent this morning even had the nerve to ask “is there anything else I can assist you with today?” Anything else?! You haven’t assisted me with anything anyway!To make matters worse, I cancelled their mailroom service which they confirmed, yet the platform still shows it as active and I continue to receive automated prompts to complete setup. Their platform is clearly pretty broken and so is their communication.For a company that promises a smooth and modern incorporation experience, Firstbase has been anything but. Infuriatingly slow responses, buggy systems and zero ownership from their team.I genuinely rarely leave negative reviews but this experience has been so very disappointing. If you value your time and sanity, look for a more reliable service.
