The Rail AIr Bus service Reading to Heathrow is great.The First Bus website for purchasing tickets for Rail Air is outrageously bad. I paid for a return ticket, money was taken and NO ticket received. I complain, no reply, I ask for my ticket, no reply, days later still no reply and no ticket? The wait time on phone is 50 minutes so i used both online messaging and email to try and get my ticket, nothing nothing nothing. I am sure it is not legal to take a payment and not give the ticket purchased and have NO reasonable mechanism to respond to such a situation, leaves user high and dry
