I have used MKR many times and have ALWAYS given a 5 star review. Sadly this time I can’t. The breakdown lorry arrived quickly to rescue our car from our driveway and take it to the garage. Sadly the guy that turned up was very unprofessional and soooo grumpy it was like he didn’t want the job didn’t stop moaning and barely communicated with us. He eventually had to call another rescue van to assist him as his charging battery had died and he was dragging our car off the drive hence ruining 2 back tyres. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get our car on his recovery vehicle he left without a word. Apparently when he arrived at our garage he just gave them the keys and left. So rude we all have bad days but this guy was awful
