Positive experience logging the recovery. I had to break off the call to book into a garage which I didn't realise before the call, but when I called back the previous details were saved so it was very quick.
Recovery vehicle turned up within an hour or so and I just had to hand over the keys and he did the rest.

I received great communication by text and by phone from the moment my cry for help went in! The mechanic arrived really quickly and was friendly and professional and quick to get my car started again. I’m very grateful of the excellent service I received.
The communication was excellent and they arrived very promptly even before the ETA given in the text I received. Super friendly guy, very careful with my car and even when he had difficulty getting it off the truck he resolved the issue with calm and patience. Our recovery driver was called Mich and he reassured me the whole time.
