Firstcaution SA is hands down one of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with.The entire process was chaotic, non transparent, and handled with shocking unprofessionalism. Internal communication seems nonexistent. Different employees give different statements, invoices are sent that you are later told to “ignore,” and refunds are delayed without clear explanation.On top of that, I was effectively charged two full years of “administrative fees” despite using the service for only six months. I had already paid an administrative fee at the beginning, yet they still kept another full annual fee and justified it as non refundable administrative costs. That is not a service, that is a cash grab.The lack of accountability, transparency, and basic competence is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before using this company.
