If I could put ZERO stars I would. This is the most unreliable insurance. They won't get back to you. This Jessica rodriguez won't either. I've been waiting a month to hear anything. No one transfers anyone anywhere and it is absolutely impossible to reach anyone. Even the supervisors. Who do you report further up for companies like this??
