I just made the complaint and if more people do it they might actually do their job. Their reasoning for not finishing up with the claim is that they are waiting on their insured to provide more documentation. I’ve spoken with their insured and he provided everything necessary few days after the claim was made. Please make the complaint it might give them a push to handle their claims in a timely manner.
