First class movers and MoveSafe have given me the worst moving experience. I was better off renting a uhaul. All the items that the movers packed from my original location arrived water damaged. I have attempted to call them over a dozen times with absolutely no response almost as if they have no employees to even have a customer service. I need to file a claim but need to speak to someone about how to handle my damaged items. I feel cheated out of over $3000 because all the items I decided to move with me instead of sell and rent a uhaul have been damaged. The lack of accountability from the company that dispatched them is insane as well. Don’t get me started on the lack of communication when it came to the arrival of my stuff. They called me while I was headed out of town on Father’s Day to visit my dad in another city saying they had my items on route for delivery (not 24 hr notice) I have lost sleep over this. LITERALLY. my very expensive mattress. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF MY MOVE. Damaged.
