First Class Mover is the farthest thing from first class service imaginable. They don't care about you or your belongings. My furniture arrived soaking wet, growing MOLD and literally disintegrating. The boxes were so wet that they fell apart while being carried into the house. Doug & Elizabeth would not answer any of our multiple calls while the mover was still at the house. After multiple attempts to reach either one of them, the only response I got was "contact customer service". I then got a claim form to file but not once did Doug or Elizabeth bother to call to see what the issue was.
