Every time I place an order with the company, I encounter delivery problems due to their delivery partner. This has been a consistent issue for the past six months. After leaving a review last month, my product was finally delivered, but this time, I ordered again within five days, hoping for an earlier arrival, yet the same problem persists—the order is still not delivered. Each time, there are delays accompanied by false or misleading reasons. Sometimes, the product is not delivered unless the order is cancelled. Recently, I received a message stating that delivery was scheduled, but when I contacted the delivery person, he claimed he would check and deliver. The next day, the status was again updated with a false reason about an incorrect pincode, which is untrue. I am extremely frustrated with this ongoing poor delivery experience. I have requested the company multiple times to change their delivery partner, but the issue remains unresolved. I hope they take this seriously and improve their service, as this ongoing problem is very disappointing for a regular customer. This 1-star rating is solely due to the delivery experience.
