The product was bought in November and after two months had an issue with the folding of the stroller and we could not use the stroller. On raising a complaint , they took literally one and half month to finally figure out the solution and arrange a technician. But the technician y did not visit till date you repair it. Being a reputed company is just got the heck of the name, I did not find a service so bad for any other product. Being a product meant for infants, these people taking their own sweet time and not attending to it till date, shows how reckless they are . I just don't recommend FirstCry to any one after experiencing such pathetic service.

This is my order id and you people are telling me that you already shipped the correct product but i didn't received the product. I already sent you the video and photos also. But you people are not ready to accept your mistake, may be it's your courier partners mistake. I lost my money and i didn't get the product
So am going to file a complaint against firstcry in the consumer court

My experience with FirstCry has been shocking and extremely disappointing. The delivery agent picked up my product, yet later I was told that the item was “not picked up.” This is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the delivery person asked for extra money, which is highly unprofessional and suspicious.

Customer service is equally disappointing. Calls are not answered properly, and when they do respond, no real help is provided. Instead of resolving the issue, they put the burden on the customer and ask for CCTV footage and investigation from our side. It feels like they are trying to avoid giving refunds rather than solving genuine problems.

I feel cheated and mentally harassed. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very careful before shopping here.

Consistent Delivery Issues

Every time I place an order with the company, I face delivery problems due to their partner. This issue has persisted for the last six months. After leaving a review last month, my product was finally delivered, but this time, I ordered again within five days, hoping for an earlier delivery, yet the same problem continues—the order has yet to arrive. Each instance sees delays accompanied by misleading reasons. Sometimes, the product isn’t delivered unless the order is cancelled. Recently, I received a message indicating that delivery was scheduled, but when I contacted the delivery person, he claimed he would check and ensure delivery. The next day, the status was again updated with a false reason stating the pincode was incorrect, which is untrue. I am extremely frustrated with this ongoing poor delivery experience. I have requested the company multiple times to consider changing their delivery partner, but the problem remains unresolved. I hope they take this matter seriously and improve their delivery service, as this persistent issue is very disappointing for a regular customer. This 1-star rating reflects my dissatisfaction with the delivery experience.

Packaging Needs Improvement

They only provide a plain brown cover for packing. Given that this is a baby shop, the gift wrap should be more appealing for children.

Issue with Order Fulfillment

I ordered a pack of 2 wet wipes for my son on January 1st. Delivery was made on January 2nd, but only one piece was inside the carton. I raised a concern with images. On the 5th, they accepted the issue and agreed to return it. However, on the 6th, the courier rejected the return because he was instructed to collect a pack of 2. I informed the agent that I only wanted the missing piece delivered or replaced. Despite being a regular customer for over two years, the communication has been poor, and the issue was closed without resolution.
