The product was bought in November and after two months had an issue with the folding of the stroller and we could not use the stroller. On raising a complaint , they took literally one and half month to finally figure out the solution and arrange a technician. But the technician y did not visit till date you repair it. Being a reputed company is just got the heck of the name, I did not find a service so bad for any other product. Being a product meant for infants, these people taking their own sweet time and not attending to it till date, shows how reckless they are . I just don't recommend FirstCry to any one after experiencing such pathetic service.
