I’m very let down by my experience ordering from the company. I placed an order on December 9th for four bottles of multivitamins for my teenagers, hoping they would arrive for Christmas. As of December 23rd, the order still hasn’t shipped — the tracking has only shown 'label created' since the first couple of days after ordering, with no updates. What’s most frustrating is the lack of communication. There were no proactive emails regarding the delay, no timeline updates, and no acknowledgment that the order wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas. For a premium-priced product aimed at families, this level of service is disappointing. At this point, the original purpose of the order has been missed. I believe a goodwill gesture, like free additional bottles or equivalent compensation, would be appropriate to acknowledge both the missed holiday delivery and the lack of transparency. I hope the company will address this promptly and provide a reasonable resolution. I’d be happy to update this review if the situation is handled well.
