The product is undeniably terrible. It’s texture and smell is not appeasing to your toddlers, and no matter how hard you try you’ll be finding them on the floor, hidden away, etc.
Please save your wallets, as you’ll be sitting on unopened containers of this product.
These vitamins may be excellent, but trying to buy them without a subscription is a hassle. I added them to my cart and realized I had mistakenly selected a subscription at checkout. After removing them from my cart and trying again, I faced numerous pop-up ads that complicated the process. Despite attempting to check out three times, I found the subscription option still selected. More pop-ups kept appearing, asking for my email and phone number, along with various offers. I eventually gave up and didn’t make a purchase, but at least I avoided being locked into a subscription I didn’t want.

My 8-year-old son enjoys the flavor and appreciates that they are gummies with health benefits. He takes the pre/probiotic and multivitamin. However, the gummies did come slightly stuck together, so I had to peel them apart before taking two. Additionally, the container is plastic, similar to most other vitamins.
I placed an order and ended up paying $45 in duties to have it shipped to Canada, but I still haven’t received my order. I ordered on December 1st, and by the 17th, there had been no movement on my order for over a week. I’m extremely disappointed. Also, trying to remove the automatic subscription has been a nightmare. I was looking forward to using these, but due to the cost and lack of delivery, I cannot recommend them for Canadian customers.
My kids really didn’t like the taste of these vitamins. I forgot that I had signed up for a subscription—thought I had canceled it after my initial order—and was dismayed to receive another shipment worth $72. I responded immediately to the renewal confirmation, days before the shipment, but they refused to stop it. Don’t waste your money with this service.
I’m very let down by my experience ordering from the company. I placed an order on December 9th for four bottles of multivitamins for my teenagers, hoping they would arrive for Christmas. As of December 23rd, the order still hasn’t shipped — the tracking has only shown 'label created' since the first couple of days after ordering, with no updates. What’s most frustrating is the lack of communication. There were no proactive emails regarding the delay, no timeline updates, and no acknowledgment that the order wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas. For a premium-priced product aimed at families, this level of service is disappointing. At this point, the original purpose of the order has been missed. I believe a goodwill gesture, like free additional bottles or equivalent compensation, would be appropriate to acknowledge both the missed holiday delivery and the lack of transparency. I hope the company will address this promptly and provide a reasonable resolution. I’d be happy to update this review if the situation is handled well.
I ordered vitamins for $70, and now UPS has informed me that I need to pay an additional $100 for shipping. When I asked to cancel my order, both the company and UPS told me it was not possible. Be cautious before ordering if you want to avoid ending up with a $170 bill for vitamins. I’m really not satisfied.
