I want to change banks as my existing account was increasing the service charge from £4 to£5 which isn't very but all adds up over year. Saw the deal First Direct were giving £175 for switch over. Enter my switch over date & downloaded bank app. Had to make a couple of calls 📞 to customer . Very impressed spoke to a real human - no long wait . Would thoroughly recommend First Direct - 1st Class ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
