IWhen I first started bank with FD I was really impressed with the customer services but the last few times I have contacted them they've been useless sending generated responses to my complaints & not resolving the problem. I've given up and reported them to the ombudsman as they keep authorising duplicated payments & they won't explain why just tell me how pending payments work! I know how pending payments work I want to know why the exact same amount is being authorised twice with one payment being taken & the other remaining until it drops which has been taking 7 days!
