I wasn't paying a huge amount for the SEO service so I wasn't expecting miracles. I stopped my contract after 11 months as I was not happy with the progress. As others have mentioned, numerous account manager changes. Now that I am looking at the site myself I can see that they have done hardly any work other than adding a few keyword specific texts/introductions. I have been going over everything and today realised that I WAS NOT EVEN INDEXED ON BING! I am also not even sure that all the backlinks I have weren't already added by me.I just wished I had paid on my credit card as I would be giving them a call today!
