Now, two months later, I haven't received any updates or notifications. After contacting the support team, they responded with apologies and promised express shipping within three weeks, but still, nothing arrived a month later. I followed up again, and they continued to express regret while offering a $20 store credit, which is not helpful for reordering. I urged them to simply ship my package! They claimed it would only take 10 business days, yet here I am, another month and a half later, with no package, no tracking information, and no replies to my emails. I'm left questioning if I've been scammed.
