I advise avoiding this brand. Multiple shipping delays, no items received, customer support vastly unresponsive, and the list goes on... They owe me about $200 worth of items from months ago and have failed to follow up. I know that if/when they finally do, all they will offer is store credit (and not a refund) only to experience yet another "shipping delay". Save yourselves the hassle and order from a different company. It's unfortunate because their products are great.

I order only two items from First health apparel in December and my package was not delivered until two months later. That does not make any since on why I had to wait two months for my package to be delivered. Also, they take too long to respond back to your emails.
If anyone is reading this, do not purchase anything from this company.

I purchased multiple items from them twice and both times I was sent the wrong items. The first order was small but I thought I would give them another shot since it’s a Canadian company, my second order was large, about $400, and I only received 2 correct items. I did not receive 1/3 of my order at all and the package I did receive was completely wrong, I was told I would not receive a refund and I would have to pay to ship the items back if I wanted store credit. I fought back and forth for a couple weeks (because it takes weeks for them to reply) and finally got through their customer service and was told I would get a refund 3 different times as none of my items were correct but I never received it and they have since ghosted me, I have tried emailing and dming them, and it has since been 5 months since I first reached out, and they have ghosted me for a month now. It’s not worth it to order from them.

My confirmation message stated that my order would ship within 4 to 6 weeks, which was not mentioned prior to my purchase, or I would not have placed the order. Attempts to cancel have gone unanswered, and it's impossible to reach anyone for assistance.

Avoid This Company!

I placed an order on September 15th, 2025, and was told shipping would take 2-4 weeks. By the end of October, I had yet to receive anything. I reached out, understanding there might be delays, but received only an apology and assurance of express shipping. As of mid-November, nothing arrived. The tracking information showed my package was in China, which was never disclosed when I ordered. After submitting a dispute due to poor communication, I received a refund only after they failed to respond to the payment service. They delete negative comments, and while I usually don’t write reviews, this experience was unacceptable. Buyer beware!

Very Disappointing Experience

I ordered on June 8th, expecting shipping in 5-10 weeks, but it's been 26 weeks with no items. Communication has been poor and inconsistent. I requested a refund but received no response. Eventually, I was told my refund was processed, but it still hasn't appeared. This has been a long, frustrating experience, and I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
